A Vision Execution Plan (a VEP – pronounced “Veep”) is a simple, yet comprehensive, plan to execute a project or task that will support one of the organization’s goals. It guides critical conversations between the “asker” (typically a manager) and the “askee” (typically a direct report / employee) so that expectations are clarified, rather than assumed. It enables better management of priorities and visibility to achievement of strategic goals.
How To Use MO
An individual(s) within the organization / team is given an administrative account with unique rights to set up the company settings and individual profiles. This account is separate from the individual’s personal accounts as part of the team.
An individual with administrative rights, logs in and clicks on “Administration”. In this view, the Company Settings can be completed (Vision, Mission, Goals, Values), as well as adding “New Users” (each person to be listed in the organizational chart).
